While the recently closed KO Bar & Grill in North Buffalo remains for sale, four immediate neighboring properties have sold and found new owners.

Sold were a quartet of circa 1890-era doubles at 2269 Delaware Ave., 2273 Delaware Ave., 2277 Delaware Ave and 2281 Delaware Ave. for a combined total of $1.150 million, according to documents filed June 3 in the Erie County Clerk's office.

Investors TAB Delaware LLC bought the four properties - all located immediately north of the KO Bar & Grill (2265 Delaware Ave.). All four had been owned by Sky Properties LLC.

Meanwhile, according to Hanna Commercial Broker Greg Zadrozny, interest is growing in the now-closed KO Bar & Grill. It has a $680,000 asking price.

“People love the location and building,” Zadrozny said.
