Buffalo Bills Rookie Putting Up Insane Stats
One of the biggest gambles in Pro Sports is the draft. Year after year we see can't miss picks flame out and late-round picks who didn't have a chance become all-pros.
So it is always a good story when your team's high-round draft pick actually works out. The Buffalo Bills should be celebrating their scouting department. Not only did they find one of those late-round gems their 1st round pick is also producing.
Many members of Bills Mafia were a bit puzzled when the 6th round Christian Benford started ahead of the 1st round pick Kaiir Elam to start the season. Many fans were groaning that the Bills whiffed on that 1st round pick.
Both players were pressed into action and unfortunately, Benford was injuried. But it looks like Elam is making the most of his chances are showing fans why he was worth a 1st round pick.
Check out this crazy state. Over the past two games, Kaiir Elam has only allowed two catches for 10 yards. He was on the field for 68 plays where the other team went to pass.
The Bills are back home this Sunday as they play host to the Pittsburg Steelers at Highmark Stadium at 1 pm.
