New Horror Movie Being Filmed Soon In Western New York
Buffalo and the Western New York area have become the Hollywood of the East lately. In the past 5 -10 years, it feels like we've had a bunch of movies filmed here, and there are still more coming. Warner Brothers recently announced that they will be filming another one soon.
A horror movie is being filmed in the Hamburg/Eden area
According to The Sun in Hamburg, you can expect to see film crews in the Hamburg/Eden area over the next couple of weeks. They're reporting that Tim Clark, commissioner of the Buffalo Niagara Film Office, informed them that crews will be at the Water Valley train bridge on the Buffalo Southern rail line as early as early October.
Here's all we know about the film
The movie will be a horror movie. From what we can gather, it will be called "T.R.O.L.L." and they're going to be filming in the Buffalo area starting on October 6th through November 21st.
They will be doing a scene on a bridge in the Water Valley area near Hamburg and Eden and it will include a train from Buffalo Southern.
They need extras
If you've ever wanted to be in a movie, this could be your chance. It appears as if they're still looking for a bunch of extras. Some of the characters they need include:
🔹 Urban Kids (9–16)
🔹 Pedestrians, Bikers, Bar Patrons, Seedy Types (Adults 18–60+)
🔹 All genders & ethnicities encouraged
🔹 1970s looks preferred (long hair, facial hair, etc.)
If any of these positions would fit you and you'd like to apply, send all the info to castingbuffalo.com/background. They will then reach out via email if you're selected.
