Now that the regular season is over, teams that haven't made the playoffs, and have made coaching changes, are making a mad dash to scoop up some of the best candidates on the market. One of them could turn out to be Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Joe Brady.

Joe Brady has been a head coaching candidate for a couple of years now

Despite some criticism from Bills Mafia, Joe Brady is pretty highly respected around the NFL. Year after year he helps to lead his team to the top 10 in the league. This year alone, the Bills average around 367 yards per game and have scored 62 touchdowns. They have the leading rushing attack with the best offensive line in the league and James Cook. They're tied for 4th in the league when it comes to scoring by averaging 28.3 points per game. They're in the top 5 of just about every category.

Even in a year when the Bills have been criticized for their lack of production in the passing game, they're still in the top 15 of the league.

Joe Brady has his first head coach interview request of the year

The Baltimore Ravens fired their head coach of 18 years earlier this season and they're looking to replace him. Today, they've announced that they're requesting an interview with Brady.

It would be a great situation for Brady. It wouldn't be a lot different from the situation he's currently in. Baltimore has a former MVP quarterback in Lamar Jackson. They have a world-class running back in  Derrick Henry, and a pretty decent receiving corps.

While I hate that the NFL allows coaching candidates to interview while their teams are still fighting in the playoffs, you couldn't blame Brady for taking that interview (if he chooses to).
