Latest Injury Update On Matt Milano
Matt Milano might be one of the most dangerous linebackers on the field when he's healthy. The only struggle is keeping him healthy.
Bills fans may have noticed that Matt Milano didn't see field time in the second half against the Jets in New Jersey. When it happened, coach Sean McDermott said that he had gotten "A little dinged up" on a couple of plays. But now, it's starting to look like he might be a little more injured than that.
Milano suffered a pectoral injury on Sunday
When the injury report came out on Monday, it was discovered that Milano had a pectoral injury that would keep him off the field. He was one of two players (along with Ed Oliver) who did not practice at all on Monday as the Bills prepare to take on their division rivals, the Miami Dolphins, in a short week on Thursday.
How long will Milano be out?
What everyone wants to know is how long he will be sidelined. Is it serious, or was he actually just a little dinged up? Unfortunately, though, we don't know.
He didn't appear to be in a significant amount of pain at the end of the game on Sunday, and he was still in uniform with his helmet on at the end. Most would think that was a pretty good sign, but you never can tell.
What we do know is that he hasn't been ruled out quite yet.
Other players who are still dealing with injuries, but were limited at practice, include Taron Johnson (who was out last week), Cam Lewis, and Shaq Thompson.
