Life all over America has been in transition over the last few months as the nations economic policy has been changing. People from New York to California and everywhere in-between have had to deal with a lot of change in the financial markets as the United States applies new fees and tariffs to nations that we trade with.

Tariffs Causing Newspaper Rates To Increase In Buffalo

You may not realize it in your day-to-day goings-on, but we truly live in a global economy.

You can use your car as an example, with the average car being made up of more than 30,000 individual parts, many of which come from different nations, and those parts may cross an international border several times before they end up in a finished car. One part for a car door crosses the American-Canadian border four times before it's installed on a car or truck.

With new tariffs on goods entering the United States, we're seeing all sorts of price increases. This includes our local daily newspaper.
