Five Buffalo Bills Battles To Keep Your Eye On For Training Camp 2025

Training Camp is officially underway for the Buffalo Bills. If you're headed to St. John Fisher to watch in person, these are some position groups you might want to watch.

Every year, the Buffalo Bills find a way to load up their roster before the season begins and when cutdown day comes, everyone is surprised when the Bills have to say goodbye to some incredible talent. Training Camp is an opportunity for coaches to see what they've got, and for the players to prove that they're worth the paycheck that they're about to cash.

You may remember that the Bills had a major cutdown day at the end of the season, which sent some pretty well-known names out the door, looking for a new home. This year, there seem to be fewer question marks on this team. Last year, we were keeping a close eye on a brand new receiver room (and this year, we've got a couple of new additions), but for the most part, the starters are pretty much assumed at this point.

The defense, though, is a different story. There are a bunch of interesting "battles" going on there this year. They made a point of bringing in a lot of new talent through the draft, with their first 5 picks getting used up on that side of the ball.

I'm excited to see what Landon Jackson can add to the pass rush and whether Joey Bosa can stay healthy enough to have an impact there, too.

While not all "battles" will end with someone getting cut at training camp, it could be the difference in how much time these players get to see on the field throughout the year.
