Health Code Violations In Chautauqua County Last Month
Each month, Chautauqua County has health code inspectors who visit restaurants and other spots with food preparation. The inspectors are tasked with trying to keep us safe. They thoroughly review each restaurant's operations and location to make sure the restaurants are not violating any health codes. Health code inspectors report on non-critical violations such as, "In use food dispensing utensils improperly stored" and critical violations such as "Food from an unapproved source, spoiled, adulterated on premises."
