The rock shows keep coming to Western New York this Summer as Pantera was the latest rock band to entertain the masses.

Pantera was at Six Flags Darien Lake on Wednesday, August 9th along with Lamb of God, and Child Bite.

Our good friend David "Gus" Griesinger from BackstageAxxess was at the show with the camera in hand. (CHECK OUT PHOTOS AND FULL REVIEW)

The night started out with Child Bite taking the stage to get the crowd going. They played for around 30 minutes and for most of their setlist the crowd was on their feet.

Up next at the show was Lamb of God. The rock band has been around since 1994 when they first hit the scene as "Burn the Priest" Since then they have put out 11 albums and have been nominated for three Grammys. They were high-intensity during their setlist and the crowd went crazy for them.

Finally wrapping up the show was the one and only Pantera. This was the new version of the band as two founding members Dimebag Darrell and Vinnie Paul have passed away. This version of the band with Zakk Wylde on guitar and Anthrax drummer Charlie Benante on drums has been together since 2022. The good news is that they played like they have been together for years not months.

Overall the rock shows that have been coming through Western New York would delight any fan of the music genre and there are more on tap before the end of summer.
