The event will run between 5-8 pm and will be held at Flying Bisons Brewery on Seneca Street in Buffalo.

Money raised from the event will allow The Rotary Club of the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus to continue its work internationally, nationally, and locally.

Funds from the chili cook-off will be used to help build clear water centers in Nepal in conjunction with the Rotary Club Of Kathmandu. They also offer local scholarships to local high school students and one of their current projects is building a bike repair station along the Greenway in Buffalo.
