Buffalo Bills Fans Can Own a Piece of New Stadium
For a very limited time, and a lot of money, you can own a piece of the brand-new Highmark Stadium.
The Buffalo Bills have a new home coming in 2026 as construction of the new Highmark Stadium is underway. It's being built right next to the old stadium and has made significant progress in a very short period.
The project is costing taxpayers $850 million and coming in at a total of around $1.7 Billion. It's an expensive, and controversial, project that has had its share of negative reactions due to the costs to New Yorkers and people in Erie County. It also hasn't helped that with this new stadium comes something many fans have been dreading: personal seat licenses and more expensive tickets.

Now, Erie County is giving everyone a rare chance to own a piece of that new stadium.
Still, plenty of people are excited about the new stadium, which looks to be a much nicer facility than the current home of the Bills.
The County announced they will be selling bonds for the new stadium, meaning anyone who buys one will own a small piece of it. The bonds are not cheap, starting at $5,000 each. There will also be a small window of time for you to purchase these bonds, beginning on September 23 and ending on October 8.
The details are a bit complex, but the Buffalo News has an excellent breakdown of this here:

Would you invest in a bond to own a piece of the new Highmark Stadium? It's always been a dream of many Bills fans to have a Green Bay Packers-like model here in Buffalo. Sadly, the NFL doesn't allow fans to own teams anymore like Green Bay does. However, you could own a piece of the stadium.
Technically, as we are taxpayers, we all do own a large portion of the stadium. This, however, gives you a bit more bragging rights and could lead to being a good investment for your future.

Of course, when the Bills take the field at the new Highmark Stadium, Josh Allen will almost certainly be leading the charge at quarterback. Here are some pictures of Josh through the years in Buffalo and beyond.
