Some important notes about this list. Don't confuse famous with best. That's not what's being said here. We're talking about the most well-known beyond the WNY area. The places tourists know. That also doesn't mean they aren't the best. They are famous for a reason, after all, and it's not luck; it's because they make great food. Debate that all you want. These places are thriving.
