The sale of an Elmwood Village condominium represents the 17th Erie County private residence to sell for more than $1 million this year.

According to documents filed May 23 in the Erie County Clerk's office, the John A. Mitchell Revocable Trust and the Elizabeth S. Mitchell Revocable Trust paid $1.289 million for a condo in the Chason Affinity-developed Eleven Eleven condo project at 1111 Elmwood Ave.

Affinity Elmwood Gateway Properties LLC sold the property.

Chason Affinity, the Cheektowaga-based development company, built the tony five-story condo project at the corner of Elmwood and Forest avenues. The building opened in 2023 and 10 of its 41 units have sold with another five under contract.
