New York State Police arrested three Western New York men for allegedly selling alcohol to minors. New York State Police in Lockport and the New York State Liquor Authority conducted an Underage Drinking Initiative on Monday, September 12, 2022.

A 30-year-old man was arrested for the Prohibited Sale of Alcohol to a minor. John M. Wells of Gasport was processed and issued a ticket to return to the Lockport Town Court on October 6, 2022, at 8:30 am.

A 41-year-old Williamsville man was arrested for the Prohibited Sale of Alcohol to a minor. Timothy Brown was processed and given an appearance ticket. He's due in the City of Lockport Court on October 5, 2022, at 9 am.

A 19-year-old Middleport man was also arrested for the Prohibited Sale of Alcohol to a minor. Brandon T. Luna, who was processed and issued a ticket, will appear in the Town of Royalton Court on October 16, 2022, at 5 pm.
