Aaron Rodgers Makes Ridiculous Comments About Playing The Buffalo Bills
Not that the Buffalo Bills defense needs extra motivation heading into Sunday's game against Green Bay, but they got some from the Packers' quarterback.
Aaron Rodgers basically called out the Bills' defense when he was asked about taking on the Buffalo Bills this Sunday. He said that it is good for the Packers to head to Buffalo because no one thinks Green Bay will win and that is an advantage for him and the Packers.
Mike Trico relayed what Rodgers told him earlier in the day during the Sunday Night Football broadcast.
“This week nobody’s gonna give us a chance going to Buffalo on Sunday Night Football,” Rodgers said. “It’s a chance to get exposed. Shoot, it might be the best thing for us.”
Those comments were so ridiculous that even noted Bills hater Cris Collinsworth laughed openly when he was told about Rodgers' comments.
The Bills were on their BYE week this week so that means they have an extra week to prepare for the Green Bay Packers, who are not having a great season so far this year.
The Packers are 3-4 so far this season and lost on Sunday to the Washington Commanders 23-21. In that game, Rogers threw for 195 yards and two touchdowns. It was Green Bay's third straight loss.
The Bills are currently in the driver's seat for the #1 seed in the AFC and are also atop the AFC East with a 5-1 record.
My prediction is that the Bills win 35-17 over the Pack.
