Buffalo Turned Out To Banditland In Droves For A Huge Party [PICS]

The Buffalo area is well known for quite a few things. While lots of people around the country would like to think it's only for snow and lost Super Bowls, those of us who call the 716 home know better.

Not only do we have great food and architecture, we have amazing schools, top notch businesses, and best of all; some of the greatest people who have ever lived. Buffalo is truly the city of good neighbors, and you see it everyday all around Western New York.

If there is one thing that Buffalo can do better than most people, it has to be throwing a shindig for our sports teams. Whether we're jumping into tables or having massive parties before a game, Buffalo loves its sports teams, and the teams love us back.

Buffalo Bandits Party In The Plaza Was Lots Of Fun

You could see that for an absolute fact on Friday, May 16, 2025, when the Buffalo Bandits and the KeyBank Center hosted a huge Party In The Plaza outside of the arena before game one of the NLL Championship Finals. The Bandits, who were hosting the Saskatchewan Rush for a chance to take the lead in the finals, put on a massive party to let the Rush and the nation know just how serious box lacrosse is in Buffalo.

There is just something about partying with 19,000 of your best friends while the Bandettes and Rax keep people entertained. The Ticketmaster Alumni Plaza outside the KeyBank Center was full of energy for hours before the faceoff inside the arena. The plaza and arena were filled with all sorts of folks, including nine of Buffalo's newest residents.

All the energy from the party was used well as the Bandits were able to win game one in epic fashion, taking a two goal lead just as the game ended.
