The Buffalo Bills have faced serious adversity over the last two weeks.

The biggest adversity have been the array of injuries to key starters for the Bills, namely safety Micah Hyde, who was lost for the entire season due to a neck injury. Six more starters kissed the week 3 loss to the Miami Dolphins, with more injuries suffered in that game.

The Bills week 4 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens looked as if it would be a blowout loss in the first half, as the Ravens got up 20-3.

However, a late touchdown by the Bills in the first half from Josh Allen to Isaiah McKenzie sparked a resurgence in the second half and Buffalo won on a last-second field goal, 23-20. The win improves the Bills to 3-1.

The Bills defense deserves the most credit in this game.

Other than the Ravens second touchdown drive, the Bills defense answered the call against Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson and company.

Safety Jordan Poyer returned to play after missing last week's game against Miami and recorded two interceptions, the second being the play of the game, as it came inside the Bills end zone on 4th down.

Josh Allen had a rough first half but recovered for a good second half, as he finished the game completing 19 of 36 passes for 213 yards and a touchdown. He threw an interception to Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphries on the second pass of the game.

The officiating was not good in this game, as multiple missed calls took place against the Ravens offensive line for holding, but the Bills also got helped out by a questionable roughing the passer penalty that gave them 15 yards on the game-winning touchdown.

Running back Devin Singletary went down before scoring with just over a minute remaining and he should get massive credit for falling. If he scores, the Bills go ahead by a touchdown but the Ravens would have gotten another chance with the ball.

Instead, the Bills kick a field goal with no time remaining.

Wide receivers Isaiah McKenzie and Jamison Crowder left the game with injuries, which is something to monitor.

The Bills next play the Pittsburgh Steelers at Highmark Stadium next Sunday at 1 pm.
