The Buffalo Bills have what most regard as the best roster in the NFL, but for the first time this season and maybe since 2020, the Bills are being challenged with an array of injuries to key players.

Micah Hyde was lost for the season due to a neck injury. Tackle Tommy Doyle was placed on IR on Tuesday with a torn ACL.

Jordan Poyer, Dane Jackson, Ed Oliver, Jordan Phillips and Mitch Morse all missed week 3 with different injuries and players like Jake Kumerow, Ryan Bates and Christian Benford were hurt during the game in Miami.

Because of that, the Bills have announced they signed offensive lineman Justin Murray.

Murray has been in the NFL since 2016 and most recently with the Arizona Cardinals. He's started 20 of 32 career games and can play both tackle and guard, which is a huge plus for depth purposes.

This was for the active roster, meaning the Bills still have two open practice squad spots. Hyde and Doyle going to season-ending IR means they do not count towards the active roster.

The Bills hosted cornerback Xavier Rhodes for a free agent visit on Tuesday, according to various reports, as the Bills are very thin in the secondary with the injuries to Jackson, Benford, Hyde and Poyer; along with the fact that number one cornerback Tre'Davious White is still on PUP until Monday, assuming the Bills decide to activate him.

General manager Brandon Beane will almost certainty sign one or two more players for the secondary.
