Buffalo Transportation Pierce-Arrow Museum Gets More Parking
Buffalo businessman and developer, James Sandoro, founder and president of the Buffalo Transportation Pierce-Arrow Museum, has added to his downtown portfolio by acquiring two parking lots.
Combined Sandoro, through various affiliates, paid $2.85 million for the lots, according to documents filed Nov. 7 in the Erie County Clerk’s office.
Sandoro’s Buffalo Motor Car LLC paid a combined $2.5 million for a 493-space, surface parking lot at 142 Perry St. and 160 Michigan Ave. The two-acre lot is located at the northeast corner of Perry Street and Michigan Avenue.
Both properties were owned by City Block Joint Venture.
Additionally, the Buffalo Transportation/Pierce-Arrow Museum paid $350,000 for an 86-car surface lot at 350 Seneca St., buying it from L&A LLC.
Sandoro said revenues generated by both lots will go towards the operation of the museum.
