Finally! Where You Can Buy Dan-O’s Seasoning In Western New York
At last - you’ll be able to get your hands on this Internet favorite in Western New York.
When the pandemic hit a few years ago, and most people were stuck in their homes, many of them turned to cooking as a way to alleviate their boredom, learn something new, and ease the pain of not being able to dine out while saving a few bucks.
Few places showcased recipes and cooking techniques more than Tik Tok, which exploded with new users throughout the pandemic. TikTok introduced the world to new chefs and products that people hadn’t seen before - and one of the brightest stars was Dan-O’s Seasoning.
What Is Dan-O’s Seasoning?
Dan-O’s Seasoning, founded in 2017 by Louisville, Kentucky native Dan Oliver, blew up in popularity during the pandemic thanks to platforms like Tik Tok and Instagram.
Home chefs and content creators fell in love with Dan-O’s Seasoning because it’s “healthier” than other common all-purpose seasonings - meaning it contains natural ingredients, is low-sodium, sugar-free, and gluten-free.
Additionally, users say that Dan-O’s three flavors (Original, Spicy, and Hot Chipotle) go beautifully with chicken, veggies, pork, beef, seafood - you name it.
Where You Can Buy Dan-O’s Seasoning In Western New York
Previously, Dan-O’s fans could only buy their favorite seasoning at select Walmart stores or online from retailers like Amazon. But now, that news has changed.
Today, Dan-O’s announced that they are about to seal a deal with Tops Friendly Markets all across the US and Wegmans in the northeast. Outside of the Buffalo area, you’ll be able to purchase Dan-O’s at Weis Markets, Stop & Shop, and Price Choppers. This new agreement will put Dan-O’s products into over 10,000 retail stores.
A specific date hasn’t been announced on when you’ll be able to buy Dan-O’s here in the Buffalo area, but be sure to keep your eyes open the next time you’re at Tops or Wegmans.
If you’re a big Dan-O’s fan or just want to see what the hype is about, hopefully you’ll be able to grab a bottle soon. Maybe in time for Thanksgiving (fingers crossed)?
