The real estate market in the Western New York area is one of the hottest in the nation. According to multiple surveys and reports, the Buffalo area is one of the most sought after for those looking to buy a home.
The issue with the market these days seems to be two fold; interest rates are high and inventory is low. Yet buyers are scooping up homes at prices over asking and willing to forgo things like inspections to get the house they want.

In a recent real estate article, I noticed a familiar name had sold a house this past spring. Former Buffalo Bills player David Quessenberry reportedly sold his beautiful home in Orchard Park for just over $750,000!

The Buffalo Bills, their fans and the entire NFL is getting ready for the next chapter of the off season as the training camps will open soon! For the Buffalo Bills, the camp will start on July 24th and will feature a few open practices, a Blue-Red scrimmage, a combined practice with the Pittsburgh Steelers and a couple of preseason games before the season begins.
It is going to be exciting to see what the Bills will do this year. With a few new additions and a young receiving corps, the Buffalo Bills should be fun to watch this fall!
