This week seems to be the week that most people will start to carve their Jack-O-Lanterns and of course, when you open up the pumpkin you will need to take out the seeds.

All of these recipes will make one cup of seeds. If you want more or less you can change the ingredients to make it work for the number of seeds you making.

ITALIAN: 2 Tablespoons melted butter, 1/4 Cup grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon Italian season, combine with seeds, and bake in the oven.
SAVORY: 2 Tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, combine with seeds, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 350.

If you don't want to eat the seeds yourself, you can always wash and clean them up and leave them in the backyard for the squirrel and other creatures as a nice little snack.
