With the long weekend ahead, you may be inclined to have a drink or two. That’s fine, but remember that even if you are off work on Monday, you still have to come back Tuesday.

So don’t get too hammered this weekend.

Did you know…”roughly 2 million people show up to work hungover every day?” According to ABC News, that means there is a good chance that at least one person in the office probably needs a Gatorade and some Ibuprofen.

Some people in Western New York are probably able to hide those leftover effects and act like everything is fine.

Depending on what your job is, of course.

If your job allows you to work from home still, you can probably dodge the hardship of the day rather easily, but not everyone has that luxury.

For research purposes…I thought it would be interesting to see what jobs you think would be the most challenging to perform in Western New York when you are experiencing a hangover

I took a survey on Facebook, and these are the results:

Worst 21 Jobs To Do Hungover In Buffalo, New York

Everyone's been there...but Western New York has decided that these jobs are the worst ones to attempt to do hungover. You probably would be better off just calling off from work.

A lot of those jobs, I think I would struggle with to do sober, so I don’t even want to think about the additional struggle of trying to keep my balance and minimizing the spins while fighting nausea. No thanks!

If I had to choose the 5 hardest jobs on that list to do hungover, I would pick:

  1. Window Cleaner
  2. Surgeon
  3. Pilot / Flight Attendant
  4. Air Traffic Control
  5. Construction Worker

And yes, I think that’s the order I would put it, too.

Which job on the list do you think would be the most difficult to perform while hungover?
