Rochester, New York based Wegmans has issued a massive recall that includes several cheese products sold in stores in New York State and across the country.

Wegmans has issued a recall for four cheese-related products that were sold at stores in New York, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington, D.C
- Wegmans Medium Camembert Soft Ripened Cheese (8.8-ounce) with UPC “77890-53515” and best-by date 7/26/25, 8/12/25 or 8/19/25
- Wegmans Assorted Cheese Flight (1-pound) with UPC “2-77100-00000-0”
- Wegmans Grilling Camembert with Tapenade & Roasted Tomatoes (10-ounce) with UPC “2-77297-00000-0”
- Wegmans Caramel Apple Pecan Topped Brie Cheese (13-ounce) with UPC “2-77645-00000-3”
Why Did Wegmans Issue The Recall?
The company issued the recall for the cheese related products after it received news from its cheese supplier that three shipments sent to the company may be contaminated with Listeria.

There were no health issues reported so far with the cheese product
What To Do If You Have Any Of The Recalled Cheese Products
If you have any of the recalled cheese products, you should not eat them. You can return the product to the nearest Wegmans for a full refund.
The cheese products were sold in New York State between July 1st and August 12th, 2025.
What Are The Symptoms Of Listeria?
If you did consume any of the products, here are some common symptoms of listeriosis. They include fever, muscle aches, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. If you are showing any of these signs of these symptoms, you should contact your doctor immediately.
