The Buffalo Bills finally won a one-score game.

Believe it or not, the Bills have not won a one-score regular season game since 2020, but did so in style today.

Buffalo beat the Baltimore Ravens 23-20, overcoming a 17-point deficit at M&T Bank Stadium.

The Bills defense was the star of the second half, and they played pretty good in the first half as well. Linebackers Matt Milano and Tremaine Edmunds were phenomenal against Ravens quarterback, Lamar Jackson.

The Bills offense faced adversity today with multiple turnovers, but also, two injuries to key playmakers.

Wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie left the game with a head injury early in the second half, while wide receiver Jamison Crowder left the game with an ankle injury.

There's no word on McKenzie's status but Crowder was seen on crutches and in a walking boot after the game, according to Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic.

Crowder was hurt after returning a punt early in the second half and left the Bills with just three healthy wide receivers for the remainder of the game.

Rookie Khalil Shakir was forced to play the slot wide receiver position the remainder of the game and made one catch for 14 yards, which resulted in a first down.

If Crowder and McKenzie cannot go against the Pittsburgh Steelers next Sunday, that likely means Isaiah Hodgins will be elevated for the game and active for game day.

There's also Odell Beckham Jr., who remains a free agent as he still recovers from his torn ACL surgery back in February.

We'll have to see how things progress for Crowder and McKenzie, but the Bills cannot afford anymore injuries.
