Buffalo Bills fans will be focused on tonight's 2022 NFL regular season opener, as the Bills play at the Los Angeles Rams.

The expectations have never been higher for the franchise, or at least not since 30 years ago, as the Bills were in the midst of their four straight Super Bowl appearance run.

The Bills will actually not have a Sunday game until week 3, when they travel to play the Miami Dolphins. They don't have a 1 pm home game until October 9th and that's the only 1 pm home game until the second week of November. That's the price your team pays if you're a Super Bowl contender.

As for this Sunday, Buffalo football fans will get a rare four-game slate on WIVB and FOX29 for the 1 pm and 4 pm games.

On WIVB, two AFC East division rivals will play one another at 1 pm this Sunday. The New England Patriots play at the Miami Dolphins, which will give us a chance to see new Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel in action, along with Tyreek Hill, who Miami traded for this past March.

The 4:25 pm game on WIVB will be the Kansas City Chiefs at the Arizona Cardinals. The Chiefs have a different look on offense and defense, as they lost both Tyreek Hill and Tyrann Mathieu.

For the FOX games, Buffalo will get the Philadelphia Eagles at the Detroit Lions in the 1 pm slot, while the Green Bay Packers play at the Minnesota Vikings in the 4:25 pm slot.

I do love the Bills Sunday games at 1 pm, but I have to admit, I love an entire NFL Sunday slate and not having to stress about a Bills game. It gives me a chance to relax and just enjoy the NFL regular season being back.
