If you were to take a look outside, you might might not believe that spring is around the corner, but it is. In fact, it will be here in less than three weeks and once spring gets there, then summer isn't too far away. We then all know what happens when summer arrives, the kids get out of school and a lot o them are looking for something to do.

I am not one of those who think it's ok for their kid to sit around all summer like a bump on a log, so I'll be on the lookout for plenty of things for them to do. If you have a teenager like I do, then one thing they can find to keep themselves busy this summer is a job.

The summer of 2025 is poised to have thousands of summer jobs available for youth when the weather breaks and if you need to find one for your kid and you live in the City of Buffalo, then you'll be glad to know that the City's Buffalo Department of Community Services has announced that they are now accepting applications for the 2025 Summer Youth Internship and Employment Program.
