A pair of Taco Bell locations—one in Grand Island and the other in the City of Tonawanda—have been sold by one investment group to another.
According to documents filed Sept. 25 in the Erie County Clerk's office, Quick Service RealCo LLC sold the Taco Bell outlets to BGJ Group LLC and Singh Lux 810 LL, respectively.
BGJ Group iAd $2,176,000 for the Taco Bell site at 1754 Grand Island Boulevard, Grand Island while Singh Lux 810 paid $2.4 million for the Taco Bell location at 810 Young Street, City of Tonawanda.
