It seems like we are hearing about more large fights across Erie and Niagara County lately. Last week, there were some reports of a big 'fight' that happened on Genesee Street in Cheektowaga.

A scary accident involving a propane tank happened Monday morning. According to the Genesee County Sheriff's Office, there was a propane tank that had blinkers on while checking the clearance under a bridge under Griswold Road.

There is a $5,000 reward. The Cheektowaga and Depew Police Departments were involved in a pursuit trying to stop stolen vehicles early Monday morning. Cheektowaga Police Officer Troy Blackhief was in position to attempt to stop the stolen vehicles with a Stop Stick. One of the vehicles hit him and was transported to ECMC and is in critical condition. Blackchief needed extensive surgery.

Police in New York State could be fined for covering their badges to intentionally hide their identities.
