New Drive Thru Restaurant Is Planned For WNY Southtowns

The Town of Orchard Park sent out a letter to residents that alerted them to the public meeting that is being held in Orchard Park's municipal building.

According to a copy of the letter that we obtained, the new location is not far from a few other Tim Hortons in the Orchard Park/Boston/Hamburg area.

The meeting will be held at 7:00 pm on July 3rd and will cover a special use permit to allow Miranda Holdings to operate a drive-through Tim Hortons at the corner of Chestnut Ridge Road and New Armor Duells.

There have been previous rumors and discussions about a Tim Hortons going in across the street from this location.

Some in the area question the need for another Tim Hortons in this location. Currently, a new location is being built at the exit of the 219 at Boston State Rd, there is a location at the 219 and 20A, there is a Tim Hortons in the Village of Hamburg.

However, this location would be a convenient option in the morning for those who may be coming from the West Falls/Town of Aurora and southern Orchard Park area and heading to the 219 and need a cup of coffee for the commute.
