With hockey season wrapping up and lacrosse season moving into the playoffs, sports fans in Buffalo are starting to turn their attention to the sports options we have in the 716.

The Bisons are underway and performing well in MiLB AAA and there have been lots of activity in the NFL off-season. A lot of the activity the Bills have been doing has been expected. From the progression of the new Highmark Stadium to preparing for the NFL Draft, there haven't been too many surprises coming from the front office in Orchard Park.

That is until some recent news broke over the internet a few hours ago.

Fan Favorite Player Returning To One Bills Drive In Buffalo

In a move that has caught several sports fans and pundits by surprise, a former star is returning to Buffalo on a new free agent contract.

The two-time all pro Tre'Davious White is coming back to Buffalo after spending a couple years with other teams.

The Bills and White parted ways when the Bills were having some serious cashflow concerns with the salary cap. White's recovery from two serious injuries didn't help his bid to remain a Bill, but he remained a top notch option in the defensive secondary for a team.

After the Bills released White, he signed with the Rams and played a few games before being traded to the Ravens.

With Tre's return to One Bills Drive, the hometown team gains some much needed wisdom and veteran knowledge in the secondary that still has several spots open.
