Long Standing Home In Allentown Has New Owner
One of the oldest Allentown neighborhood buildings has landed a new owner.
Accurate Court Reporting of Western New York Inc. paid $525,000 for a two-story, circa 1896 building at 445 Franklin St., buying it from investors 445 Franklin LLC, according to documents filed May 21 in the Erie County Clerk's office.
The building, once a private residence and later renovated into office space went on the local real estate market last summer, Known for its Italianate style of architecture, in recent years the building was better known for its mural on the south side created by artist Monet Kifner.
Amy Nagy, the owner of Windsor Turner Real Estate, brokered the deal.
