The Buffalo building that’s been home to Rust Belt Books has landed a new owner.

While Rust Belt Books remains, the West Side building at 415 Grant St. has been acquired by Tre Gambe LLC, who paid $230,000 for the 2,492-square-foot building, according to July 24 filings in the Erie County Clerk's office.

Tre Gambe is Italian for three legs.

According to county records, the building was owned by 416 Grant Street LLC.
Rust Belt Books first opened in 1996 in Allentown before moving to its current Grant Street home in the early 2000s.

Rust Belt Books is known for its vast collection of books and music and is considered a retailing anchor along Grant Street and Buffalo’s West Side.
