Springtime in Buffalo and Western New York is a pretty special time. Not only is the region starting to wake up after our typically long winter slumber, but with the opening of summer activities like water parks, amusement parks, and rooftop patios, everyone is back outside enjoying the best that Queens City has to offer.

Not only are we enjoying the Bisons playing on the baseball diamond at Sahlen Field, we're busy getting ready for the Buffalo Bills next season, and now what is becoming a routine occurrence is watching Rax The Raccoon and the Buffalo Bandits chase another championship in the National Lacrosse League.

Now that we know who the Bandits will face after their third straight NLL title at the KeyBank Center this weekend, the team is preparing for a massive party in downtown Buffalo to celebrate the team's achievements so far.

Get Ready To Party With Buffalo Bandits

Banditland is a special place to be, and if you haven't had a chance to catch the Bandits playing live, you still have an opportunity to see them play. Game one of the 2024/25 NLL Championship Series is on Friday, May 16, 2025, at the KeyBank Center, and limited tickets are still available. The game is nearly sold out, and once again, the Bandits have an NLL attendance record, so if you want to yell Buffalo WHAT with 19,000 of your newest best friends, now is the time to grab a couple of tickets.

To help the team and Banditland prepare for the game, a massive party will be held in the plaza outside of KeyBank Center on Friday, May 16, 2025, starting at 5:30 p.m.

The Party in the Plaza is free to attend, but you will need a ticket to see the game, which is set to start at 7:30 pm.

There will be all sorts of great activities like live music, special appearance from Buffalo Bandits alumni, a dance performance from the Buffalo Bandettes, along with all sorts of other specials, prizes, and giveaways.

The Bandits are set to take on the Saskatchewan Rush in a best-of-three series.

Let's Go, Bandits.
