Four Properties Sell For Over $850,000 in Western New York
A quartet of duplex, or flat-style homes in Buffalo’s Hamlin Park Historic District have been acquired by a real estate investment group.
Maverick Real Properties LLC paid a combined $850,000 for the residential properties at 10 Hedley Place, 21 Beech Ave., 90 Eastwood Place, and 140 Loring Ave., buying them from Gambino Brothers Enterprises LLC, according to documents filed May 6 in the Erie County Clerk's office.
All four properties sit in the Hamlin Park Historic District and in the neighborhood shadow of Canisius University.

In another commercial deal, Uniland Development Corp. -through its Uniland Partnership of Delaware L.P. sold a 20,925-square-foot building at 160 Wales Ave. in the Town of Tonawanda to investors 160 Wales LLC.
The investors paid $900,000 for the building, according to documents filed May 3 in the county clerk's office.
