One of the oldest buildings in the heart of Buffalo’s Allentown District has landed a new owner.

Investors 6 North Pearl LLC paid $600,000 for a circa-1870 era house-turned-office, buying the building from David Todaro and Maureen McCready, according to documents filed Sept. 30 in the Erie County Clerk's office.

The two-story structure has 3,465 square feet and, in recent years, has been converted into Allentown office space.

The property also comes with 27 parking spaces, a huge draw in the Allentown neighborhood.

Plans call for the building to remain as office space.

In another deal recorded Sept. 30 in the county clerk's office:

  • Suburban Adult Services Inc. paid $650,000 for a former EduKids daycare center at 111 Kelly Drive in Cheektowaga.

The 6,772-square-foot building had been owned by NJCC LLC.
