Bar Attracting Plenty of Interest in Buffalo, New York
A recently- closed North Buffalo bar has attracted interest from potential buyers - all just a few weeks after its listing went live.
Hanna Commercial Real Estate broker Greg Zadrozny said buyers have toured the now former KO Bar & Grill at 2265 Delaware Ave. The bar/restaurant has a $680,000 asking price.
“There has been reasonable interest,” Zadrozny said.
The potential buyer interest serves as a snapshot of how the Hertel Avenue/Delaware Avenue district has emerged as one of Buffalo’s most attractive destinations for business investments and residential deals.
Kevin Osinski, who opened the self-named KO Bar & Grill, in 2016 is retiring.
Zadrozny said the deal is a “turnkey” one that includes all the furnishings and equipment.
“It is almost like a mini Coles,” Zadrozny said.
The big draw is the location - just a few blocks south of the Hertel Avenue/Delaware Avenue intersection and near the hub of the Hertel Avenue business district.
Besides the bar/restaurant, the building also includes a pair of second story, two bedroom apartments.
The building dates back 1925 and in recent years has been home to a number of bars and restaurants.
