Northtown Automotive Seals the Deal
Northtown Automotive Group has officially closed a deal on a Town of Tonawanda property that began three years ago.
Northtown, through its NAC Real Estate LLC affiliate, bought the former Buffalo Roadhouse Grill site at 1980 Niagara Falls Boulevard, paying $850,000 for the property according to documents filed Oct. 8 at the Erie County Clerk's office.
The nearly two-acre site had been owned by SRK18-Niagara Falls Boulevard Associates LLC, according to the county clerk’s records.
Northtown took over the site in 2021, shortly after Buffalo Roadhouse Grill closed.
Northtown uses the former restaurant as the base for its Mahindra dealership.
In a separate northern Erie County deal:
- Investors A&C Williamsville Properties LLC paid $500,000 for a multi-tenant building at 5355 Main Street in the Village of Williamsville, also according to Oct. 8 filings in the county clerk's office.
- The building had been owned by Sweet Surroundings LLC.
- The building, originally a house, was constructed in 1900.
