Another Sale, Another Million Dollars in Buffalo Real Estate
For the 71st time this year, an Erie County house has sold for more than $1 million, helping to set a still-rising benchmark for home sales that are north of the million-dollar mark.
In the latest deal, as filed in the Erie County Clerk's office, Todd and Josie Koch paid $1,099,000 for a three-bedroom, 4,027-square-foot house at 5472 Firefly Court in Clarence.
The house, built in 2017, had been owned by George Wallrich.
The sales of houses for more than $1 million are considered a key economic benchmark in the region’s residential real estate landscape.
