Four Million Dollar Homes Sold Monday in Erie County
The record-setting run of homes in Erie County selling for more than $1 million continues with four houses all surpassing that mark.
All four closed on the same day—Nov. 25.
With the four deals, Erie County has seen 75 homes sell for more than $1 million this year, easily beating the benchmark set last year.
The sales included a circa 1912-era house on Depew Avenue in Buffalo and two in Clarence—one on Rocky Point Road and the other on Waterlefe Drive. The fourth home sale was in Orchard Park.
The Depew Avenue house sold for $1.45 million, while the Rocky Point Road house sold for $1.05 million, and the Waterlefe Drive house sold for $1,237,287.
And, in Orchard Park, a four-bedroom house at 7790 Ellicott Toad sold for $1.3 million.
For Buffalo, the Depew Avenue house is the 15th private residence this year to sell for more than $1 million, while the two Clarence deals were the 13th in that town to surpass the $1 million sales mark. Orchard Park has recorded 10 $1 million home sales.
The sale of homes going for more than $1 million is considered a key economic benchmark in the region’s residential real estate landscape.
